This is Red Ribbon’s Chocolate Walnut Fudge cake. You’d think it’d be great because it has Hershey’s dark chocolate and that you won’t be able to resist it that you’d risk angering the Trunchbull like Bruce Bogtrotter, but no.
In Ali-speak, a cake is made with two or three or a gazillion layers of something, um, cakey with just the right amount of frosting in between layers and covering the whole thing. I don’t really care for moussey types of cakes and this cake is just that. I don’t know what it is with me and soft whatevers. I’m not one to prefer doughnut with fillings, thick icing and well, mousse. When something soft like this is in my mouth, I feel like I’m eating phlegm, then my gag reflex acts up. This is why I don’t eat Bavarian-filled desserts. Hahaha. I mean, I can eat them but I don’t prefer eating them as much as possible. I do love cheesecake though.
Lalala, don’t mind me. I swear I’m not a picky-eater. Except maybe with the whole not-eating-food-with faces thing.

This looks absolutely delectable. I love all mousse-type desserts. Drives Michael crazy because when we’re at the Cheesecake factory, I’ll order the chocolate mousse cheesecake, which he hates. He thinks it’s too plain and that I should get something more adventurous. I don’t care I love it.
